Christophe Beaufront is invited to the Montréal High Lights Festival, he participates in the program Wine and dine experience
, this festival presents the Parisian cuisine. He will be received by Steve Lemieux, Chef of the restaurant Le Bouchon De Liège To realize two performances there on February 24th and 25th, 2009 at 18h00. For the Festival, aided by the crew at Le Bouchon de Liège, the chef will be concocting a menu where spices will hold pride of place alongside some of the establishment's signature dishes. "To celebrate a first decade of urban winter pleasures, organizers of the MONTREAL HIGH LIGHTS Festival wanted to invite the city to a special event of spectacular proportions.
Mission accomplished : the Festival gets its wish, throwing a major blowout to mark its opening Saturday, proudly inviting Montrealers and tourists to the 10th Anniversary High Lights Event.
