- Duck’s ravioli served with shii take soup flavoured with curcuma
- Potato and lemon soup with roasted asparagus and salmon eggs
- Cubed mackerel, homemade tomato ketchup and tapenade’s bread
- Crisp sardines, tomato and apricot’s marmalade cooked with saffron
- Green salad, Parmesan cheese and tapenade
- Vanilla perfumed duck liver served with mango gazpacho (Add 5€)
Main Course : A La Carte 16,50 €
- Salmon crisp with spices, risotto and parmesan, cuttlefish ink
- Roasted Gurnard ,zucchini and raisin cocked with lemon, honey and saffron cold dressing
- Calf kidney cocked on ”low temperature” and artichoke “kadaïf”
- The famous "Pot au feu de cochon" of l'Avant-Goût : pork stew with sweet potatoes, fennel,
served with horse-radish sauce, ginger fries and a glass of spicy broth
- Veal steak, cold herbs sauce, potatoes cake and roast vegetable
- Wild duck breast, chutney ‘s fig and potato cake (Add 5€)

- Cherries and lemon grass soup, with cheese sorbet, honey and Thyme Jelly
